Hello, everyone! My name is Nicole, and I’m the proud owner of OKC Cake Lady, based in beautiful Oklahoma City. For nearly 20 years, I’ve been creating cakes that not only taste amazing but also look like works of art. From wedding cakes to birthday cakes and everything in between, I specialize in hyper-realistic cakes that will wow your guests and make your celebrations unforgettable.

My love for art started at a young age—whether it was drawing, painting, or admiring the airbrushing on lowrider cars, I was always drawn to creativity. This passion led me to the bakery world, where I started working in a grocery store bakery and quickly fell in love with cake decorating. After over 10 years, I decided to go out on my own and start OKC Cake Lady. Now, I’m able to create the cakes I’ve always dreamed of, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces when they pick up their cakes.

Along with creating beautiful cakes, I also love teaching others how to make their own! That’s why I’m thrilled to offer an online beginner’s buttercream course on my website. It’s my way of sharing my passion and skills with fellow cake lovers.
