FAQ’s

Q: How do your deposits work?

A: I require a 50% deposit upon ordering to reserve your date and time. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Please be sure of your date and design.

Q: Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?

A: I do not offer fresh-baked goods like a storefront bakery. Everything I create is pre-ordered.

Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?

A: The earlier the better! Placing your order at least a couple of months in advance is ideal. The open “available” dates on my calendar fill up quickly due to high demand. For weddings, try to start planning around the one-year mark.  Again, the earlier the better to secure your spot!

Q: How much are your cakes?

A: Pricing for each cake differs according to several factors.  The amount of servings needed helps determine the size.  From there, it becomes a question of the design and the amount of detail required (including fondant designs, accessories, etc.).

Q: When can I pick up my cake?

A: Pick-up times are usually Monday-Friday from 5pm-6:30pm and Saturday from 10am-10:35am. There are no pick-ups on Sundays.

Q: Where can I pick up my cake?

A: I am a home-based business. Due to this I do not give out my exact address until it is time for your pick-up. I am in close proximity of East of Tinker Air Force in Oklahoma City.

Q: Can I pay for my cake in full when I pick it up?

A: I require a 50% down payment on all cake orders at the time the order is submitted. I accept cash and all major credit cards for deposits.

Q: Do you make any other treats?

A: Yes! I offer cupcakes (minimum of two dozen will have to be ordered).

Q: What is fondant and what does it taste like?

A: Many of the designs on premium cakes are made of fondant, which is a form of icing that is very smooth and looks flawless. The taste and texture are similar to that of marshmallows (but slightly more chewy). Some people hate it while others love it. If you love the look, but you're worried that your guests won't like the taste, fondant is very easy to peel off and eat around. If you are concerned about having fondant on your cake, please feel free to ask before placing your order.

Q: Do you deliver? If so, how far?

A: I deliver cakes for a fee (based on distance) to most areas within the state of Oklahoma. Some larger cakes or 3-D cakes with elaborate designs may not be able to withstand delivery times of several hours.

Q: Do you offer wedding cake tastings?

A: I do offer cake tastings for weddings that will serve 100+ guests. The couple/ family will get to taste up to three cake batter flavors. The tasting package will consist of six cupcakes (two flavors each). If wanting to try more than three flavors, there will be a small adjusted fee. I welcome any pictures, swatches of colors, and other ideas you would like to present at that time.

Q: Am I able to get each tier a different flavor?

A: Yes! There is no additional cost to do more than one flavor. This goes for both wedding cakes and all other events.
